It has been a journey for us to get to Made in Hawaii. When I first started this business and began to take it seriously, I dreamt of going to Made in Hawaii. And then in 2020 the opportunity finally presented itself, and well, you know what happened in 2020.
Since that last opportunity, we added 2 more keiki to the mix and logistically, getting to Made in Hawaii has become more challenging. Leaving the 5 kids at home weighs heavily on me and being away from them makes me anxious. But leaving them at home allows me to also fully engage and focus at the market which is something I haven't done in a long time. This will be my first market in a long time, or maybe ever, that I will not have any keiki with me!
This year at Made in Hawaii we wanted to highlight our products we make here in Hawaii and designs we create ourselves or with help from local artists. Our partners Kaholo brought our beautiful Palaka Collection to life and our go-to, Moxie 3 Innovations always kills it with our screen printed tees. Both companies are women owned business here on Oahu.
Below you can find a quick peek at what we will have this weekend!
